RMLO Services: As an RMLO, we support owner finance transactions by documenting a borrower's ability to repay their mortgage, we provide all disclosures as required by RESPA, and we help ensure that lenders are compliant with all lending laws.

Loan Servicing: As a loan servicer, we collect mortgage payments from borrowers, we make payments on underlying mortgages, we process deposits to seller/lenders, we provide monthly mortgage statements, and we provide applicable tax forms when required (1098s and 1099s).
