Terms and Conditions
- Our geographic coverage area consists of Bexar and surrounding counties
- We are able to perform appraisals on properties with a value under $1Mil.
- We do not perform land appraisals
- Additional charges may apply to services pertaining to custom homes, ADUs, and multi-family units
- For appraisal inspections requested in 3 days or less, a non-refundable rush fee of $150 shall be required.
- Refund Policy:
- Full refunds are given for cancellations greater than 4 days prior to the scheduled service appt.
- No refunds will be given after the completion of the measuring appointment or the appraisal inspection.
- A partial refund applies if the requested service is cancelled prior to 3 days before the scheduled service.
- $150 will be deducted to include rush fees if service is cancelled within 3 days of the scheduled appt.
- $250 will be deducted to include rush fees if service is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appt.
