LOAN SERVICING FOR SUBJECT TO TRANSACTIONS IN TEXAS
What Does Loan Servicing For Subject To Deals Consist Of?
Have you acquired a property subject to an existing mortgage and need help managing the monthly payment process? Our subject-to loan servicing consists of collecting funds from the buyer/investor and making payments toward the underlying mortgage.
Subject-To Loan Servicing Includes:
- Collecting borrower/client payments
- Processing payments according to the servicing agreement
- Disbursing funds toward the underlying mortgage
- Coordinating additional authorized disbursements as required
Why Use a Professional Loan Servicer?

Borrower Communication
Provide borrowers with appropriate statements and payment information.
